I read Albert Camus' The Plague (La Peste) for the third time after coming across it in a bookshop in Paddington (Sydney). I first read it when I was 16 at school and it changed my religion.
Last Friday, I acquired The Forgotten Affairs of Youth by Alexander McCall Smith, after reading a review (and interview with the author) in a philosophy magazine. I have read the first one in his Botswana No 1 Detective Agency series, but no others.
I still have to get a copy of The Shadow Catcher from Lisa.
