SHAUN TAN, award winning artist and author best known for illustrated books that deal with social, political and historical subjects through surreal, dream-like imagery will be joining us at Westgarth Books for an evening of conversation and book signing.
Shaun’s books appeal to readers of all ages and books such as The Rabbits, The Red Tree, The Lost Thing and The Arrival have been widely translated and popular in many countries.
Shaun’s most recent book is Tales from Outer Suburbia, and he has also directed a short film The Lost Thing with Passion Pictures Australia, which is now available on DVD.
